Here're our takeaways/what we've learnt in the SBF trial so far:
The judge is sick of SBF's sh*t!
His commitment to answering almost every question with some form of 'I don't recall/I can't be certain' makes him feel slippery.
Right after SBF left the stand, his lawyers moved for "a judgment of acquittal" (i.e. a 'not guilty' ruling) to which the judge simply replied: “Denied.”

Here're our takeaways/what we've learnt so far:

For whatever reason, Sam has been outright refusing to give straight answers to even the simplest of questions, getting hung up on the specifics of the most mundane establishing questions.
...and the judge has been pulling him up on it, a lot!From the outside looking in, this approach can't be making Sam look good in the eyes of the jury.
