Blur Founder Doxxed - Who and Why?

One of the founders behind Blur, the NFT platform that has done more transactions than OpenSea in the past week, just doxxed himself.

Tieshun Roquerre - who goes by 'Pacman' online - just Tweeted that he is one of the founders of Blur.

Why dox yourself? And why now?

For one, as Roquerre said in the thread, Pacman is just easier to pronounce than his IRL name.

But more importantly, it is all to build trust.

The Web3 industry has had too many scams and rug pulls to count - but if everyone knows who's to blame, chances of Pacman simply disappearing is much less likely.

There were plenty of rumors stirring on Twitter about who the founder of Blur was, and he said he'd enjoyed building while being pseudonymous.

But with the recent growth of Blur (and since many had already pieced it together), Pacman said the time was right to inform the world of his IRL identity.

Okay - now you know!
