South Korean prosecutors have just asked Interpol to issue a red notice against him.
(Red notices are issued specifically for fugitives that are wanted for either prosecution or to serve a sentence).
But DK is intent on channeling Steve Jobs and summoning a reality distortion field, stating:
...we get the feeling that Do Kwon and the South Korean government have two very different ideas of what constitutes 'full cooperation.'
