$200B wiped from the crypto market
You can now micro invest in real estate with NFT's
Vesta Equity are now letting customers buy fractional ownership in real estate via NFT's, which is actually a lot cooler than it sounds. Here's why:
For most people, there's a high barrier to entry into real estate investment. It's expensive and banks want a whole song and dance for you to get a loan.
By offering fractional ownership of a property via NFT's (aka a digital certificate of ownership), the buy in cost can be lowered and property investment can become as easy and affordable as buying stocks.
...you had my curiosity, now you have my attention.
You can now store your crypto wallet passwords on 1Password (but is it wise?)
Makes sense.
People create complex passwords for their wallets. Memorise them so there's no paper trail. Forget them during the bear market. Lose there minds staring at a USB with their life savings on it.
This could break that cycle. Let's hope they don't get hacked!
Oh, wait...
$200B was wiped from the crypto market. Here're some words of assurance...
Elon (2021): I'm going to crash the crypto market with a single tweet.
Putin (2022): Hold my beer.
All we have to say is: when in doubt zoom out. The crypto market looks pretty nice on a 10 year time frame. Everything will be ok.
Also, if you're reading this outside of the Ukraine and are still butt hurt over 12% drop in crypto markets, maybe it's time to have a chat with the person in the mirror?
I don't know. Not financial advice.
